Today Spokes takes a look at the e-bike trend, and notes that a bill making its way through Albany would amend the law to allow electric bikes with a top speed of 20 mph.
While it's true that some pedal-powered cyclists sometimes suprass speeds of 20 mph, at least they earn it.
But like most modes of transportation, the owners love their rides.

It's a natural progression from teen fight movie Never Back Down to asssasination thriller, apparently, with the news that director Jeff Wadlow has signed on to Sleeper Spy , a new thriller for CBS Films.
All we know about the film is that it centres on an assassination attempt on a political figure.
We're going to go ahead and wildly speculate that it's more Shooter and less Day of the Jackal though, but what we're really secretly hoping is that it's a sequel to Never Back Down and the whole assassinat

CBS Films has acquired "Sleeper Spy," a fast-paced thriller script by Anthony Jaswinski that will be directed by Jeff Wadlow.
Arnold Kopelson will produce with Kopelson Entertainment partner Anne Kopelson.
The thriller centers around the plot to assassinate a political figure.

If anyone needs a second chance alongside the Bar None sock puppet dog , it's Hayden Christensen .
Maybe he's a good actor, maybe he's middling, maybe he's bad (I forgot to see Jumper , and Virgin Territory still hovers in the middle of my Netflix queue), but he deserves a shot to prove himself one way or another.
A good horror movie is as good a shot as any.
